This is a 10 hour course taught over 4 weeks.

Classes are run on a Thursday evening in a cosy meeting room located close to Highams Park station.

A handbook and MP3s are provided.

This course is ideal for pregnant couples wanting to learn about prenatal bonding, your emotions and their impact, self care and how to interact with your bump.

This is a 6 hour course  taught over 2 weeks.

Classes are run on a Thursday evening in the comfort of your own home.

This course is ideal for pregnant couples wanting to prepare themselves for early parenting.  In session one we look at Feeding and Understanding baby. In session two we look at Sleep and State.
